Very pleasant staff and service very prompt. The Royal Playa was very clean and an excellent buffet breakfast. Located centrally in Playa de Palma and only seconds away from the beautiful clean beach. All rooms have a sea view and a lovely swimming pool area with a bonus on an indoor pool. There was table tennis and a pool table and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Can not think of anything we didn't like although personally we found the one evening meal we had at the hotel didn't seem to be of quite the same high standard as the breakfast but that is our personal view.

There was no wi-fi in the rooms, just in the lobby

The hotel exceed our expectations. Really good & attentive service always looking to solve any problems you might have. All rooms with the sea view - really powerfull in the morning. We were staying on half board basis & it was excellent choice. Wide selection of breakfast & dinner menu. The food of excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Duvet & kettle during winter stay would be much appreciated.

We stayed in an apartment and there was not facilities in the kitchen other than a few glasses and two teaspoons..matresses were very old and unconfortable and we stayed 7 nights my back is still suffering.

The location was good and beautiful, for example, Palma Aquarium wasn't too far from the hotel. the twin room had everything I needed - a mini-bar, a balcony, and a coffee machine. - the delicious breakfast and other services were incredible.

Location is great.

The rooms were old and not 4 star. Faded mirror, chipped paint, stained sofa, broken sliding door. Needed repairs at least 5 years ago, maybe 10.

The beds were very bad could not sleep, noise was very loud and the food crap. Unsafe for families with children, far from the beach and unhelpful staff

Beautiful views of the sea. Stunning location, a short walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the seafront promenade. - the a la carte restaurant for lunch is a highlight

This hotel's double rooms are tidy and practical, with friendly staff and an unbeatable location.

The waiters in the dinning area/bar were very friendly and helpful.

The beds were hard as rocks the air conditioner didn't work well at all. The room needed up dating.

Very nice place to stay at. Big room, great view of the beach from room. Few steps to the beach and pool. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Easy to get to from airport (15euro taxi, 10min).

Would of been nice to have wifi in rooms (only is bar/reception area).

Ensure you book a double room with a balcony, as it has a great shower and complimentary toiletries provided.
